Initially I had my doubts, but I decided to use the somewhat expensive service.
I was able to unlock my Samsung Galaxy A15 5G phone from the AT&T network to use it on a Claro Dominican Republic network. Just as promised, the service lasted from 24 to 72 hours. In my case, it only took 25 hours to give me the NCK and MCK code.

IT WORKED! After several attempts of trying to get the Master Code Key (MCK) from my previous cellphone provider, who kept giving me the runaround, I finally reached out to a third-party unlocking service. I sent UNLOCKBASE and email detailing my issue and in one (1) business day they provided me with the MCK for my Samsung Galaxy S23+.
